Default HELP:evaporation in brick dryer

My problem consist on simulating evaporation rate using Fluent. the geometry is a 3-D brick in a dryer. I have to simulate heat transfer(done)and mass transfer/evaporation, but the brick is perforated (complex geometry).

I need solution as faster as possible.
