initialization

hi all

as soon as i try to initialize in fluent. it gives me the following warning and then the error as follows:

Warning: ST_Malloc: out of memory.malloc_storage: unable to malloc centroid, size 157538304, t 1, myid 1000000.

Warning: ST_Malloc: out of memory.malloc_storage: unable to malloc face area, size 157538304, t 1, myid 1000000.

Error: FLUENT received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION) 1. Note exact events leading to error. 2. Save case/data under new name. 3. Exit program and restart to continue. 4. Report error to your distributor. Error Object: ()

what am i doing wrong?

probably due to the error in Meshing, i.e. two fluid zones are not joined

no i took care of that. they are perfectly connected. i examined the mesh thoroughly

The message is lack of memory. "Malloc" is memory allocation. You need more memory. When the data set is filled during initialisation additional memory is needed and cannot be found. Add more memory or reduce the model size (or go 64bit etc with more RAM as well)
