Hello everyone
I am working on a project in which I have to design two passing by ships.I am using Ansys ICEM CFD. Since the geometry is complicated I have designed the two ships separately and and meshed them with small domains. Now I have two cuboid shaped mesh. Then I made a big size domain in which I want to put these ships. Tanker Mesh: Bulk carrier Mesh: Big Domain Mesh: I can translate the meshes and place them in correct position, but still the meshes are not connected. Can any one help me joining these meshes. Thank you for your help. Regards Tava |

Hi
I am trying to do the analysis by creating 3 different case files and then from Grid>>Zone>>Append Case option I have placed all the parts of the mesh together. I don't know if this is a correct method. If any one have any idea about this please answer. Regards Tava |
