Default How to specify the neumann wall boundary condition

Instead of using c=0 at wall in mass transport model, (c reprents mass concentration), how to specify the wall boundary condition \partial c/\partial y + Ky=0 (such as air-mucus layer y=0) K is dimensionless parameter.
