Dear all,

I have a mesh file (.msh/.cas, dat)generated from Gambit and I'd like to import it into ICEM-cfd. Although I can get the mesh in ICEM, but I don't know how to generate the geometry needed by ICEM. I need to modify the geometry in ICEM. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Best, sarah

You could try to covert the mesh to faceted geometry data: Edit-Menue: Mesh -> Facets. Afterwards try to build a diagnostic topology. You should be able to edit the geometry now. But this doesn't work everytime as expected... You want to check your geometry-tolerance in the Settings-Model menu. Good luck!
