Hereby I wanted to use VOF model for the two phase heat transfer. The domain which I have to simulate here is a rectangular tank with upper roof closed having water at 50 degree and air at room temperature inside the closed tank.

In the boundary condition how to incorporate this temperature of 50 degree is not clear to me.

Is there any UDF which is to be wrtten for this?

I will be grateful if I get some inputs regarding this
