Do you have any complicated surfaces? and what is your unit of drawing your geometry?

hey! sorry i couldnt reply earlier. i was out of town. actually the geometry i am using is not complicated at all. there are no curved surfaces. just straight edges. dim are in mm. hex takes lesser time to solve thus i want to use it. it does get meshed using tet. basically the geom is of rectangular fins(125*60mm) having 6 rectangular notches(15*15mm). i am unable to mesh the fins bcoz it gives the error. also for a smaller spacing (0.2) it gives error "not enough memory". why is that? bcoz i have a pretty good computer system (360 GB HDD, 8 GHz, 2 GB RAM, XEON processor).
