Default Backflow Turbulence Intensity & viscosity ratio?

Can anyone help to solve my doubt on these two parameters? What typical values should i use if i wanted to simulate a flow through a high speed radial impeller, with ambient conditions at the inlet (laminar) and viscosity ratio of 100 times that of laminar at the outlet?
