Default Help: Heat transfer at interface

Dear everyone, I am now studying the heat transfer phenomena in two fluids (A and B). Hope the following figures make things clear.

----------------------------------- A (Fluids)

--------------------------- (same heat flux in two fluids ) B (Fluids) ---------------------------------- (wall) (T=0)

Now the known conditions are (1) the wall temperature is given (T=0); (2) Heat flux at the interface of two fluids are the same, that is, h(b)dT/dn@interface = h(a)dT/dn@interface. How can we solve the problem in Fluent?

Any comment is welcome. Thanks a lot!
