Hi Im doing this for an important college project and as im not an expert in Fluent so im having some troubles, i have 3 meshes for a external mixing air-assist nozzle, one mesh for the liquid orifice, one mesh for the gas orifice and one mesh for the mixing zone. I want to use the outputs of the two first meshes as inputs in the mixing mesh and then simulate the atomization process. Can anyone guide me through this process and tell me if there are other BC needed in addition to the gas and the liquid inputs and the outflow faces. Any help is welcome . Thanks

Hi
You may not need any other inlets or outlets. Just provide BCs at two inlets and outlets. However, I hope you know that you have to merge these three meshes. You can do that either in Fluent or in TGrid. Vinod Dhiman |
