Heat balance problem

Default Heat balance problem

Hi all ,

I am solving heat transfer in compact heat exchager with two channels seperaed by wall .The problem which I faced is the heat lost by the hot fluid did not equal to the heat received by the cold fluid where in fact must be Qh=Qc.

I need your help to guid me why this happened ?why there are no heat balance .
