help UDF error message

I try to set up a velocity profile with udf, but it doesn't work.i have the following error message. I know that the error doesn't come from my program because i paste exactly the one which is given as demonstration in the udf help. I think that my problem comes from the fact I use 5 computers in parallel to do my simulation. i don't know how to resolve this problem. if someone knows, i would really appreciate
