Write an UDF using DEFINE_DPM_BC macro.

In manual it says: "You can define a separate UDF (using DEFINE_DPM_BC) for each boundary."

So for each boundary you write a function which destroys particles that collide into it and increase counter for that boundary. Counter should be global and static, and therefore you should compile this UDF.

To get values of all counters write an EXECUTE_ON_DEMAND function which will read and print values of all counters, from which you can calculate the efficency of the cyclon.

Hope this idea helps.

thanks for your answer but could you give an example of a full udf for by example if you have have one inlet, one outlet for the flow and two different surface where particles are trapped. All the others surface being wall... i did that with fluent but i would like to use an udf but i dont have any experience with that. thank you

On the other hand Report -> Discrete Phase -> Sample can write out data you need in order to calculate the efficiency of your cyclone.
