Default structured vs unstructured hexahedral meshes

Hello, Kindly suggest whether H-type structured hexahedral mesh or unstructured meshes having hexahedral/wedge elements would be suitable for my 3D gas turbine blades. What would be the strategy to make these meshes without G/Turbo in Gambit.
