I need methane combustion kinetics of reaction

1) CH4 + 2O2 ==> CO2 + 2H20

&

2) CO+ 0.5O2 ==> CO2

I need these kinetic parameters of both reactions in following units : k (m3/kmols) and E (J/Kmol)as I am finding it difficult to get them in this units.

Kindly also provide references from where this values are taken.

Thanks in Advance

DEV

Hi DEV, just check out the following mechanism: Gri30-Mechanism at http://www.me.berkeley.edu/gri_mech/.../grimech30.dat. There you can find all your kinetic parameters or you could even use the whole mechanism for your methane combustion problem since you can import the chemkin format file easily. Hope this helps.
