Fluent floating precision

can somebody tell me with which floating precision we can count in a Fluent computation. The fact is that I need to do a transient simulation with a very small timestep, so the changes of my state variables are very small at a time. That means that I need a good precision level to exclude numerical uncertainties and so assure reliable results.

i usually use the dp module of fluent, 3ddp instead of 3d one. yes, this gives better floating accuracy, however since my problem is not too demanding in floating precision, thats why i haven't checked how good the accuracy is. in general the dp version gives more accurate result , in times.
