computational study of the effect of biofouling on performance of a condenser
i have designed a condenser for 210 MWe powerplant . i Got 11116 tubes , steam flow rate 660TPH, mass flow rate of cooling water is 447000 kg/s... now i have to make analysis ib CFD. for temperature distribution across the walls, velocity profile, pressure drop, overall heat transfer coefficient wall shear stress....etc..... but i know that its difficult to analyse all the tubes... so my project guide advised me to analyse single tube.. here my difficulty is how can i simplyfy(scale) my problem to single tube..???? |
