Default question about modeling combustion

1.Has anyone ever use two different fuels which are injected at the same time to model the stoker combustion? How to define them then?

2. Has anyone use other model other than non-premixed combustion model to simulate the stoker combustion?

any help is very appreciated!

u may wanna try species transport in FLUENT.
