Hello,
I know that the software Icepak (the thermal modeling software for electronic design) is now an Ansys product and that earlier it was part of Fluent. But are Fluent the original developers of Icepak or was it developed by some other company? Can some one help me? Thanks. Suresh |

Icepak uses the fluent solver and elementary parts of icem for meshing but it comes from the fluent product line.
