Default HOW TO SET FREE STREAM B.C IN UPPER SURFACE

I am trying to model the water-liquid flow over a pod, I want to set 'Free Stream' boundary condition in the upper surface, but I found no option like that in GAMBIT or in FLUENT. Could you please help me?
