External Radiation Temperature

Default External Radiation Temperature

Hello,

I have a problem where in i have heat flux data, say 80 watts per square meter, on a horizontal surface. I want to include the effects of convection and radiation. In "mixed" option, it expects External Radiation Temperature. What do you mean by External Radiation Temperature and how to calculate this temperature. Please reply me as early as possible.
