Default Fluid domain creation for jet fan modeling

hi, i am simulating underground car park ventilation.

How to model the inside jet fans

bcoz i have created the whole fluid domain of building in that inside the jet fans i have to model

should i subtract from that whole volume or can i assign the boundary condition as it is.
