Default Setting initial amount of ideal gas

I am studying ideal gas flow in a closed reactor(no inlet or outlet). It is possible to define the gas properties and several T boundary conditions. However, how can I specify the mass that is enclosed in the reactor(I cant find any option that allows me to define initial pressure or initial density).

Thanks in advance.
