Default multi component diffusivity

Hello,

Is there a way to specify the multi component diffusivity as a function of temperature and pressure? In a porous media there may be additional components to diffusivity that becomes significant, like the knudsen diffusion. Is there a way to specify different diffusivities to different regions (one flow general flow field, the other for the porous region). How do we use a UDF to define the multi component diffusivity? Fluent UDF manual seems to not help. Please reply
