Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if you have done any Fluent modeling work with the aid of its Population balance module. I recently discovered this module but there is few work with it in the literature. I have a three phase flow problem (solid-gas-liquid) and I am thinking of modeling the solid phase with Fluent's Population balance module. However, I still do not know if it is feasible or not! So please let me know if you have any idea regarding this matter. Any reply is highly appreciated. Cheers, Pirooz |

Why don't you use the Eulerian-Eulerian three-phase model? My work is about multiphase modeling, too.

Hi
I am working on liquid-liquid-gas flow and I need to know how can I determine liquid and gas distribution on continuous phase. do you think I can use population balance model? thanks |
