Default Simulation on direct injection in chamber

Hi, i just start to learn Fluent for 3 month. Now i tried to run the simulation on direct injection in a chamber which is fully enclose. which mean i only got 2 pressure inlet ( 2D simulation on injector nozzle ) and there is no outlet. i set the species transport of Propane-Air without reaction. and in the material , i set the propane-air mixture to be Ideal Gas so that i able to inject the propane gas inside without backflow.

My question is 1) is that my setting to ideal gas is correct ? 2) is that Propane-Air species transport value is prefect which i not require some external data to make it work with real condition? (such as mass diffusion - approx dilute value.) 3) How do i set the initial condition so that the Fluent knows the gas filled in chamber is Air and gas injected is propane. ( i only know boundary condition can set for inlet material but i found no option for basic environment setting )
