Hi all, i have through the post for FAN.i have some queries regarding radial fan. I have done analysis for radial fan inside a casing using bc mass flow rate ,pressure outlet(Ps=0)and Rpm to blades. i have to plot pressure rise versus mass flow curve. my doubt is 1.stat or total presurre should be used. 2.since the flow enters casing axially and leaves through a pipe radially,should i capture pressure diff in plae just before and after fan.Or using inlet and outlet of the casing ? 3.i am getting negative static pressure at inlet and positive at the outlet.is it ok.
