Problems in Meshing Cyclone

Hello,
Can any one help me on meshing a geometry of a cyclone, I am having problems with generating a good quality mesh. I have the gambit ver 2.3 file. Thank you in advance Sal |

First u have to mesh the cylone skin make it quet smooth do not to coarse, then mesh the volume, gambit will mesh your volume automaticaly refer to cyclone skin meshing

I the cyclinderical part of the cyclone which also has the inlet section. It does not allow me to mesh it properly and the velocity profiles that I obtain are completley different to the ones what people have reported before.
