Default Please help me to meshing 3D triangular channal

Hi

Please who can help me to meshing 3D triangular channel with dimensions in microns .the edges and faces where meshed properly but the proplrm in volumes since fluent did not mesh the volume and disply an error message related to skewnesses. 1-what I will do to mesh this volumes 2-what is the meaning of skewness and how can I specify its value .

3-i will be thanks and appreciat for any help and suggestion
