Here is my answer to your very unspecified question:

Open gambit and create a 3d volume.

Maybe you should explain what your problem is!

Geometry - volume - create volume

If you right click on the 'create volume' button you can choose from a list of different types of shape.

How do you edit the dimensions of a volume you have already created in Gambit?

Only way is to create it thoroughly from basis or change parameters in journal and run script from the begining.
