viscosity limited

Hi i face whit 2meessages"turbulent viscosity limited to .." and reveres floe at ...on out flow" during solving a turbulant problem. i modeled 2 channel that cross eachother. i increase pressure under relaxation factor to 0.5 but i have convergnce problem whit qauntinuty equation. please help me. There are 3 reasons for this message: first the mesh quality is poor(skewness etc), second improper use of turbulent boundary conditions and the third one is the poor initial values for turbulent quantities, check for these things.
