Hi everybody,
I would like some information about the use of tmerge in fluent. I have imported my two meshes and merged them. The resulting mesh works fine. Do you know if there is a way I can take them apart to replace just one bit of the mesh? It would allow me to keep the main mesh and its refinement though. Thanks for your help. Hope my explaination is clear enough. Philippe |

Use cavity remeshing tool in TGrid 4.1 beta. Or use fluent's cell replacement tool in F63 to remove then append a new mesh/case file. Requires separating off the cell zone for replacement first or giving it a different cell zone id during the original meshing.
