Default generating free mesh in the volume

hi i am working on CFD of an mav . when i make the domain by just subtracting the mav from a cube, the resulting volume can be free meshed but only in course.

when i give a fine msh over the mav wall and then try to msh the vol, it says "perturb failed... check ur mesh in areas of small gaps"

secondly when i msh any line , the nodes instead of being on the line go away from it

ne body who can help
