I have a problem with meshing an airfoil in GAMBIT, I use a very fine mesh of order 1e-06 at the wall for obtaining an y+ = 1. The error :
WARN: Mesh size on face.2 is smaller than the geometric tolerance. For an accurate mesh use larger mesh sizes and/or create geometry at a larger scale. Thanks for your help. |

Could you model the geometry in mm or smaller dimensions or change the tolerance?

I could try using mm ... it should work with a 1e-03 smallest cell height. Thanks.
