Default vof simulation in batch mode

I would like to run the vof simulation in batch mode.

I am not very clear regarding the input file with tui commands. Particularly how to initialize, adapt/mark, patch, solve/animate, file/write/auto save type of command as this is going to be a transient case.

Any help from the forum will be appreciated.
