Gambit batch mode problem

Hi everybody

I have a simple journal file. When I run this journal file in GAMBIT gui it works correctly. However, when I run the same journal file with "gambit.exe -r2.3.16 -inputfile myfile.jou" command in command windows of XP I receive a lot of warnings such as

edge xxx is already exists ... ... zone xxx is already exists ... ...

I think that my journal file run two times successively when I use the command above. How do I prevent this?

Were you able to solve this problem ? I am facing the same situation now.. What did you do to overcome the problem?
