Default use of user defined functions (UDF)

Sir,

I am working as lecturer. Recently I have taken training on Fluent Software. I want to use UDF for my problem. I want to input heat flux(time dependent) and ambient temperature (time dependent, which are in the form of a polynomial equations. Also I want to input convective heat transfer coefficient as a function of temperature difference( relation in the form as alzebriac expression). I kindly request you to guide me in this matter.
