Default specifyying a boundary layer thickness at inlet

How can be specify the boundary layer thickness at inlet in case of film cooling problem ? I have used boundary profile for specifying velocity profile, k and epsilon at the inlet, b/c these values can be changed to profile in boundary specification panel.
