Hello
write a UDF ,say my_htc, and hook it in thermal boundary condition panel (select convection from the thermal conditions) ... I am not sure but I think it would be taken by fluent as heat transfer coefficient... due to time constraint I am unable to check it myself.. hope it will help...do let me know if it worked or not..
