Hi,

I am trying to simulate a boat issuing exhaust underwater. The exhaust pipes issue a mixture of water and exhaust gases into the water body (lake). The lighter gaseous part rises to the surface behind the boat. The immiscible gases exit the water domain and air flowing around the boat disperse them. I am required to capture the concentrations of these gases.

I know I can use the VOF model to capture the air-water interface. Separately, I can use the mixture model to capture the dispersion of gases in water. But I need to be able to do both things at the same time!! I need some help in trying to figure out if it is possible, or if alternate solution strategies are possible.

Thank you, AK
