Default How to fix a volume cell?

Hi Fellas!

I want to fix a small volume cell with a Equi Angle Skew value around 0.95 something. I have tried doing different meshes using several spacing values but I do always get one or two small cells inside my volume. Wich one is the right approach to resize or delete this little element. Can I know the number of this element and later on modify it?

Thanks again.
