Furnace Secondary Air Inlet

Hi! I wish to know the method to define the Boundary Condition in FLUENT if the secondary air is flowing into the furnace via the annulus surrounding the primary air inlet. I was given the axial velocity of the flow and a a swirl angle.

It seems to me that you could simply define a velocity inlet for the sheath flow and use axial/radial vel components based on the swirling angle.
