Hi all,

I would be grateful if I could get help ...suggestions...ideas about how to get an Aircraft wing model...(a standard one with a control surface preferably an aileron )

I will be using Fluent for my Aerodynmic assessment.

Thanks very much.

M.

You'll need to create the model yourself using Gambit. Do all the tutorials.

Alternatively pay someone money.

threre no need to do all the tutorials , i think all what u shoud do is to looking for a book handling the WING issues , you will get the equations then u can solve it . Iam trying also to do the sma ething , and I am looking for that , so if u wnat we can help each other . I am also wnaa modeling the WIng on the Fluent .

I saw a reply posted on the main forum that made me realize that i think what you are looking for is the dimensions/geometry of the wing.

HAS: go and look on the main forum at the same message and you'll see a link posted by someone else to a website containing wing geometries.

Thanks guys,

I posted it twice to get more answers

HAS, Yes It would be helpful for both of us if we could work collaborate with each other...

Is the wing you are trying to consider with a control surface? if so: what kind of control surface?

Hope to hear from you sooner

Hi,

I want to mesh a wind turbine using gambit. That's the problem: I can mesh all the surfaces but when i want to mesh the volume, appears one error. Check the skewness in areas of small gaps. How can I solve this problem? I redrawed all the surfaces in gambit but the problem persists.

I hope somebody can help me. Thank you very much.
