Define Electron as a UDS or Species

Default Define Electron as a UDS or Species

I want to consider electron involved reaction but I need to make changes in Mass Conservation equation to consider electrical field. I am confuse that define electron as UDS (I must calculate gradian and laplacian and use my own database)or take easier way and define electron as species and make change in mass conservation equation (If it is possible??!) Please help me!
