Default hypothetical reaction (multiphase/eulerian model)

Hi all,

I am using Eulerian/Granular model to simulate a gas-solid flow in certain type of reactor (fluidized). I want to incorporate the species transport model to study the gas-solid "contact time" behaviour.

The obvious choice will be to perform a simple gas-solid reaction and analyze the product stream (of the reaction) at the outlet of the reactor. I was wondering if it is possible to "create" some simple hypothetical reaction say A (air) + B (solid) = C

by giving simple reaction rates etc by means of species transport model.

Please do share your views if you have any other strategy..!

Regards, Rahul
