Default meshing in a sinusoidal channel

I have done a geometry of sinusoidal channel(the geometry is a sine curve) .the cross section is semielliptical.I have first a created a semielliptical face.then I have a created an edge of sine curve.then I have swept the face over that edge.How to do a suitable mesh for this sibnusoidal volume.
