Dear everyone,

Currently I had some 3D contour lines for the terrain in autocad format. I need to create a surface for this terrain. I need to use Flient to simulate wind flow between two moountains which mean I need to modify this contour lines autocad file to a 3D terrain surface in SAT format. Thank you very much! Best wish!

Hi,

I was able to have some success modeling terrain by sweeping the imported contour lines along the z axis in Design Modeler. Unfortunately, this process is time consuming and memory intensive.

Did you come up with any other ideas of how to accomplish this? Thanks.
