Hello everybody!
I am trying to simulate two layers of stents (fine spirals) using Porous Madia approach. One spiral goes in one direction and the second in the oposite direction, it will give a square grid. Both spirals will reduce the flow into a cavity, and I am simulating the spirals (porous media) only at the entrance of the cave. My question is How to set this kind of geometry in fluent, I mean which vectors direction do I have to take for the first and second porous zone?? by the way the cavity is attached to a pipe (3d) and the porous zones are curved. Is it possible to do that in Fluent??? I have prepared the geometry in Gambit, but I am havins problems to set the case in Fluent. I will appreciate your answers. Efra |
