Data Transfer - Polyflow to Fluent to Abaqus

I am trying to bring a mesh from Polyflow, a Fluent product, through Fluent into Abaqus. We are working on a direct translator but we are able to temporarily transfer the final mesh through Fluent so now comes the part for the data. This problem deals with glass molding where the glass is operating in a visco-elstic state. We need to transfer the following data: 1. thermal strains (isotropic, orthotropic or anisotropic properties) 2. variations of thermal strain with respect to temperature 3. temperature 4. time 5. initial residual stress fields 6. complete set of mold properties as a function of temperature. I have never transfered data and could use any insight that anyone has.
