3D mesh!

Hi, how can we set the boundary conditions for a cylinder with a propeller inside it. we then need to save it and export it to fluent for simulation. we tried to use file>read>case to open the mesh in fluent but it gave us an error. we need to take readings from the cylinder that represents the flow passing through the propeller. thank you
